Permanent magnet rotor for motors

ROTOR CORE The rotor cores we currently produce are mainly cast aluminum rotors and copper rotors with shafts. The lamination lamination process of the cast aluminum rotor requires the use of a high-precision mandrel during the lamination process. If the rotor is designed with a bevel, the mandrel must have a corresponding key position. Just like the laminations of the stator, the rotor laminations cannot deviate when being pressed down by the hydraulic press, otherwise the actual size of the rotor slots will change less than the design size, which will make the insertion of magnets or conductor bars more difficult. Most motor rotor manufacturing does not require welding techniques. The rotor core stacking process is similar to the stator core stacking. After the rotor laminations are stacked, copper or aluminum circuits or permanent magnets are embedded according to the design requirements. We are able to supply all types of rotor…
